My Story: Baby is harbor seal royalty, born on March 22, 1992 in California and affectionately known as “The Queen.” Even after eye surgeries, Baby is blind but she has never let that slow her down and has spent decades inspiring everyone around her with her calm, patient, and intelligent demeanor, demonstrating to all what it means to lead by example. She was the seal who helped launch the Swim with Seals program at Miami Seaquarium, teaching humans how she liked to interact with them. Though she may turn up her nose at squid, her heart and spirit are treasured by all who know her. Baby is a living legend — wise, loving, and unforgettable.
