Field Trip Reservation Request

Come and spend a couple of hours at Dolphin Research Center learning about marine mammals and their ocean environment. During the Dolphin Discovery Tour field trip your group will:

Receive complimentary admission to Dolphin Research Center
Engage in a 20-minute private question and answer session with one of our education staff members.
Take a self-guided tour of Dolphin Research Center
Listen to publicly narrated sessions on dolphin physiology, conservation, maternity, dolphin training, husbandry and medical care, current research and much more!

The Dolphin Discovery Tour is $25.00 per participant, based on a minimum attendance of 10 participants.

DRC offers 1 free chaperone for every 10 paid students.

The maximum total number of participants is 40, which includes both students and chaperones.

**The Dolphin Discovery Tour is offered as a free field trip to all Monroe County schools and Monroe County nonprofit youth groups. The maximum total number of participants is 40, which includes students, staff, and parent chaperones.

Payment Information

The Dolphin Discovery Tour is $25.00 per participant, based on a minimum attendance of 10 participants. DRC offers 1 free chaperone for every 10 paid students. Upon approval of a Dolphin Discovery Tour field trip, there is a $150 non-refundable deposit due to hold the date and program. You will receive an invoice reflecting the deposit due. The deposit is due within one week of approval of the Dolphin Discovery Tour field trip, and is applied to the total balance. You are welcome to pay via credit card or check. Full payment and final total participant numbers are due 14 days prior to the program. If booking is made within 14 days of the program, the full amount and final total participant numbers are due at the time of booking. It is the client’s responsibility to pay for the program on time. Dolphin Research Center reserves the right to cancel the field trip as a result of an outstanding balance.
