What information do we collect and how are we collecting it?
Most of the Dolphin Research Center website can be viewed anonymously. However, some activities on our website make it necessary to collect your personally identifiable information. For example, if you choose to join our Membership Program we may collect your name, age, e-mail address, street and billing address, phone number and credit card information.
Dolphin Research Center will not condition a child's participation in an activity on the child's disclosure of more personal information than is reasonably necessary. In addition, a parent may review the information collected from a child by accessing the child's account. A parent may also have a child's information deleted or refuse to permit the future collection of information from the child.

Dolphin Research Center uses your personally identifiable information in a limited number of ways. If you sign up for our Membership Program we use your information to process the transaction. However, financial information is not stored by DRC after your membership request is processed. Other personally identifiable information may be used to contact you directly to discuss your membership, answer questions posed by you or inform you of special opportunities or promotions.
Dolphin Research Center does not share your personally identifiable information with other companies or organizations. However, we will share your personal information if we are required to do so by law. Examples include compliance with a court order or subpoena.

When you register with us or give us personally identifiable information of yours, you can limit our use of your information. For example, you can limit e-mail communication from DRC. You may also unsubscribe from DRC communications by e-mailing our Membership Department at email@example.com.
How do I correct or update my information?
Simply go to Member Only Access, log in and edit whatever information you wish. Your request will be responded to within 10 days of requesting the change. If you wish to delete your account entirely, please contact our Membership Department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What kind of security does Dolphin Research Center provide?
Dolphin Research Center uses encryption technology to protect sensitive data such as your credit card information. However, financial information is not stored by DRC after your membership request is processed.
Your personal information is also protected by your unique Member Log-in. You may change it at any time by going to Member Only Access, logging in and editing your Profile.
What is the credit card fraud policy?
In the unlikely event that you experience unauthorized use of your credit card on our website, promptly report the fraudulent activity to your credit card company.
