Our Animal Family

Common Name: Bottlenose Dolphin

Scientific Name: Tursiops Truncatus

Parents: Aleta / Gilly (Sea World)

Birth Date: November 6, 2013

Defining Trait: A little crooked tooth on her lower right side/Pointy dorsal fin.

My Story: Diva was originally named after her mother Aleta’s personality, but as she has grown up it seems to sum her up perfectly. Diva has proven herself to have the same athletic potential as Aleta, similarly likes to show off on her own terms. She would prefer to be at the dock snuggling her trainers or people watching between sessions. Diva likes to put a tough face on and seem fearless at times, but new things and fast movements tend to still spook her from time to time.
Playtime is a favorite of hers, and she loves fast paced energy from her trainers that keeps her thinking quickly. Any chance to get in close to people, get some snuggles, kisses, and of course, have her picture taken, is a cherished moment in her day.
